At TCL North America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Support Center or log into your account to submit a return authorization request with your order number and reason for return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to include with your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and remotes to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
